Re: Shower issues

Unfortunately, I have exhausted literally every type of wash and moisturiser currently available on my continent. I have also tried every temperature of shower. This is a long term problem is hat has recently gotten worse.

Bush showers might be worth a try. Luckily it takes a month for my hair to get visibly greasy.

Well, one last option, have you been to a specialist to talk about prescription cleansing products? Aside from salves and prescription moisturizers, those might also go a long way to keeping your cleaning regimen irritation minimal.

If so, I'm sorry to hear about that, and I would definitely recommend keeping your personal hygiene to methods that use the least amount of water possible. Maybe go for a full shower once a month, and simply use a washcloth to take care of smellier areas daily.

It could be the water. You might try a water filter for the house, or if that's not an option, then a filter for the showerhead itself.

Also, do you use a pouf or washcloth? Are you scrubbing too hard?
