Re: Shower issues
If that's still too much, consider a "bush shower". Clean your pits and privates with washcloth. If your hair is too greasy to stand, run it under the tap.
Also, there are various shampoos and soaps specifically made for controlling dermatitis/psoriasis that can usually be bought at pharmacies. You may want to look into those.

If so, I'm sorry to hear about that, and I would definitely recommend keeping your personal hygiene to methods that use the least amount of water possible. Maybe go for a full shower once a month, and simply use a washcloth to take care of smellier areas daily.
