Have you tried adjusting the heat of your water? It might be prudent to start taking very lukewarm baths rather than showers if the issue is that the water is drying out your skin.

If that's still too much, consider a "bush shower". Clean your pits and privates with washcloth. If your hair is too greasy to stand, run it under the tap.

Also, there are various shampoos and soaps specifically made for controlling dermatitis/psoriasis that can usually be bought at pharmacies. You may want to look into those.

Unfortunately, I have exhausted literally every type of wash and moisturiser currently available on my continent. I have also tried every temperature of shower. This is a long term problem is hat has recently gotten worse.

Bush showers might be worth a try. Luckily it takes a month for my hair to get visibly greasy.

Well, one last option, have you been to a specialist to talk about prescription cleansing products? Aside from salves and prescription moisturizers, those might also go a long way to keeping your cleaning regimen irritation minimal.

If so, I'm sorry to hear about that, and I would definitely recommend keeping your personal hygiene to methods that use the least amount of water possible. Maybe go for a full shower once a month, and simply use a washcloth to take care of smellier areas daily.

It could be the water. You might try a water filter for the house, or if that's not an option, then a filter for the showerhead itself.

Also, do you use a pouf or washcloth? Are you scrubbing too hard?
