* Free hugs

* No bad vibes

* Only good thoughts

* Always say the people outwith the community are horrific monsters when they say it is a bad idea

You're not fooling anyone with your double comments, troll anon. It's unfortunate you feel the need to do this, and it doesn't speak well of your character or the quality of life you must be living. I hope you do better for yourself in the future.

*I don't have to be civil and you aren't allowed to criticize it or you're some kind of dictator

*If I don't personally want to see something I have the right to make sure the author knows it shouldn't exist because everyone knows the world revolves around me"

*Asking people civil about their criticism and not a dick is the same as saying they're horrible monsters for not liking something.

*I clearly don't know how to read what's been said multiple times, so I'm going to claim the most extreme option.

+1 ayrt is clearly one of those people who gets upset if they're asking to stop spamming a forum with their oh so precious opinions.

It's funny how these people will laugh about how "oversensitive" fanfic authors are about their hostile comments, but have such an affronted reaction to "hey, stop being a dick about it."

"But my vague, useless mockery is so important and needs to be heard!"

Right? I look askance at people who throw a tantrum over how they're not allowed to act like a jerk on a moderated forum. Like we're supposed to be super sympathetic that someone is taking active steps to curb your assholery, poor little old you...

Maybe these people had parents who let them do whatever the hell they wanted and they're not used to the idea of people actively enforcing rules for them.

Thus the "OMG you're being suuuuuuuch a dictator" reaction we've been seeing.

Could be. Some people grow up without ever being told no, or having their bad behavior curbed in any way. It fosters a huge sense of entitlement, which makes it even more ironic that they're complaining about other people being "special snowflakes" for not putting up with the bad behavior.
