When men think they know more than women about anything it's mansplaining.

"about anything"

well that makes it a pretty stupid term then.

No, because the idea is that the thoughts or expertise are only worth anything when it comes from a man.

i'm pretty sure neil degrasse tyson knows more about science than me, though? it'd be pretty dumb to call that "mansplaining".

da

Yeah, but Neil Degrasse Tyson knows more about science because he's a highly educated and experienced scientist, not because he's a man. Him explaining something you don't know to you wouldn't be mansplaining.

If Neil Degrasse Tyson was a woman, and some schlub undergrad decided they had to explain her a thing because everyone knows women are bad at science, that would be mansplaining. (And is unfortunately pretty common in the scientific community, particularly chemistry and physics.)

Men know more about penises.

Especially when medical doctors think they know more than anti-vaxxer moms.

Damn those penises.

Doctors are not above being evil to women. Look up birth rape.

Women should just go back to having their babies in their bathtub like the good old days.

If you actually think anti-vaxxers are correct, I cordially invite you to fuck off and go suckle the teat of whatever fat acceptance blog makes you feel pretty. I'm sure they'll accept your WAH EVIL DOCTORS rhetoric between mouthfuls of Doritos.
