Re: Fingernail biting tips? (inspired by yesterday's secret)

I do #1! I keep my nails very nicely polished and sort of make a habit of rubbing one of my fingers over the polished surface of another finger's nail to feel how smooth it is, instead of biting.

It also has the added benefit of making me more aware of how nice my nail is, and more reluctant to ruin the nail's nice polish job by biting it.
