Re: Fingernail biting tips? (inspired by yesterday's secret)

For me, I would bite my fingernails when they would start to chip or fray because I couldn't stand the way they caught on things. Once I started, I'd bite them down to bleeding. My solution was emery board. I keep nail files in my purse and in every room in my house. Anywhere I spend a lot of time (like at my computer desk) has a nail file within easy reach. And there's one on my nightstand. A nail file is one of my must-haves whenever I go anywhere but some are small enough to fit in a pocket so it's never a big deal.

That's what's worked for me. I just file away the chips and fray before they become big. Still working on not making my toenails bleed but I haven't bitten my nails in years.
