If it was supposed to be a metaphor for Islam, does that mean they want us to believe that all of the terrorist attacks carried about by Muslims are secretly planned by Donald Trump who is brainwashing them (because Muslims would never do such a thing on their own volition)?

I would have gone for ISIS being the sheep, the predators as general public muslims and the prey as general public americans.

Well the sheep's main goal is to turn the public against the predators for the advantage of the prey animals.

Whereas ISIS's main goal is to establish Islamic dominance.

So if you're going for the Islam metaphor you'd have to have someone who's not Muslim effectively brainwashing Muslims against their wills into committing terrorist attacks.
