Re: How do you cope with...
(Anonymous) 2016-03-20 10:04 pm (UTC)(link)Volunteer for something, somewhere. Animal shelter, soup kitchen, reading to senior citizens, whatever. Do something that 1) forces you to do something productive on a schedule and 2) helps other people. It's not to remind yourself that other people have it worse, it's so that YOU can feel useful, and remind yourself that you have something to contribute to the betterment of society. Your time and work is worth something.
