Doug Jones. He's admitted as such that his big issue is that he can't bring himself to say "No", which is probably how he ended up in such great films like Rocky and Bullwinkle, Rise of the Silver Surfer, and The Benchwarmers.

He's rather like Andy Serkis, though? His most prominent work is in not being seen, or not being recognizable for all the makeup and costume. Silver Surfer was a shit film but his mocap was on point.

Anyway he'll never be out of work. At the very least, Del Toro would never make a movie without him.

At the very least, Del Toro would never make a movie without him.

He wasn't in Pacific Rim, though.

But yeah, he's like the practical effects version of Andy Serkis. I've noticed he's done a lot more non-prosthetics roles in the last couple years (like a short stint on 'Arrow'), which I think is pretty cool, but some of them leave a little to be desired IMHO.

Either way, Doug's a really great person and even if some of his filmography makes me cringe, it's clear he's happy with what he does, which is the important part, haha.
