I'm a woman who has multiple orgasms and gets more aroused after the first one. I'm guessing that's what you're driving at, no? I'm done when I'm tired, or when the arousal starts to go away.

How do lesbians know when the sex is finished? When everyone's happy, satisfied, and wants to stop. It's not rocket science.

First, yes that's pretty much what I was driving at, and thanks for answering and not being shitty.

Second, that being the case for when you are done having sex, how do you know when your partner is done? Like with heterosexual sex there is a very obvious cue to when the guy is finished, and the rest of the sex goes until the woman has had enough. With Lesbian sex, is there not a danger of getting into a politness loop? "Well, I'm done, but she still seems into it, so not I go" while the other girl is like "I'm so tired, why won't she let me sleep".

I mean I imagine the answer is communication, but that feels inelegant to me. "Well, I'm done having sex with you for tonight, You good? *Rolls over*".

Communication is the key to all things.

Also, in my experience... there is a large class of things where the answer to "How do I do this thing?" is "You just do." And I think this is one of those things.

Do you not talk to people while you have sex? It's not a matter of "inelegant", its a matter of communicating like an adult.

And not all women have no refractory period.
