Re: I'm really getting worried about how angry I'm getting

It's time to take a break from the internet and media, anon. You're too immersed and have lost perspective. So much media is designed to provoke a strong response, because that's how they get clicks. Some people can handle the constant poking and demands to be mad about this or that, but others cannot. You are one of the people who don't handle this as well, and you need to schedule yourself regular breaks when you feel it getting out of control.

But don't just take a break and sit around thinking about how much X pisses you off. Do something physical to burn off that energy and frustration. Hit the gym, take a walk. In addition to that, do something to help someone. Volunteer somewhere in a position that will make you feel like you're making a difference, no matter how small. You need this combination of shutting out your stressors for a while, burning off excess frustration/stress and allowing yourself to see that there IS something good in this world and that you are doing your part.
