What's the last thing you "wasted" money on?

It could be something that ended up useless, something you regretted buying, or something you think other people would consider a waste

A cotton cardigan that has a really uncomfortable neckline. Way too hard and it chafes. No wonder it was on sale.

More Funko Pop toys. : / I love them though, so I don't care if I have too many and they are useless! Plus I got the money to spare, so why not?

I've preordered the Ultimate Collector's Edition of Final Fantasy XV. While I don't think I'll regret it, I know pretty much everyone I know would consider it a giant waste of money for a video game (it costs $/€270), so I haven't mentioned it to anyone in real life and probably won't until it's here and someone asks me about it. I might even lie about the cost if it does come up.

But FFXV seems like it's going to be complete shit. I played that demo, it sucked.

The renewal license for my computer's virus protection program. A few days later, the Windows 10 switch was forced on me and the program was automatically removed for being incompatible.

how was the switch forced on you? I ask because now I'm afraid of that happening to me and I desperately want it not to

Funko bobble heads. I got two Caps, a Bucky and a Falcon.

Expensive face cleanser that probably has exactly the same stuff in it that I could get from the supermarket.

I bought an Isabelle (from Animal Crossing) Amiibo even though the only thing it's used for is the Amiibo Festival game and I'm not going to buy that game ever. I just think it's a really cute and well-made figurine.

It should also work for Happy Home Designer if you happen to have it.

But yeah I really want an Isabelle amiibo just to have it.

Cosplay. Fucking expensive, man.
Moreso - blue contacts for the cosplay. Always a danger that they won't even be visible :/

I work at a grocery store so every week it's "DAMMIT I just spent half my alotted money on lunch and snacks. Again."

I had Taco Bell for lunch today, which was wasteful mainly because I have been trying to eat healthier and that was a lot of grease and calories I did not need

Sailor Moon's Spiral Heart Moon Rod. Every now and then I think about selling it, but it's so pretty and I'm the kind of dork who still likes to pretend they're fighting soul-stealing monsters, so I'm keeping it.

Siege of Dragonspear Collector's Edition - because I love all the little accessories in Collector's Editions.

I haven't got it yet, because I ordered it straight from the Beamdog website and they have to mail it out to me - international mail, and Australia is never cheap postage either.

The reason why it's a bit of a "waste" is that I borrowed money from my rent to buy it, and now I have put myself on a very strict budget where I am going to be paying an extra $50 for the next several pays to make up for that. The Department of Housing can be pretty easy on people who are regular with their rent, but I do need to catch it up so I don't incur a bad record with them.

Besides that there have been a couple of instances I have bought computer related stuff that has turned out totally useless for me, and with me getting back into playing The Sims 3 again, I have started buying some of the DLC stuff from the Sims Store again.

About $150 on Ken from Digimon figure and Koujaku from Dramatical Murder nendoroid. They are cute and I love them.
