Not knowing the exact context of that comment, I read it more as a thing that's meant to be non-serious but is kinda toeing the line of inappropriate behavior for an internet stranger, especially if the person habitually posts comments like that.

But the thing is if it makes YOU uncomfortable, then it's not okay. "This comment makes my red flags go off" is the sort of thing you want to err on the side of caution for. You should always be SO CAREFUL about what sort of personally-identifying information you put out there. You really have no idea who sees that info and who doesn't understand confidentiality. Way too easy for info to end up in the hands of people you didn't want to have it.
