Re: Travelling to Seattle

If you have the time, a round trip ferry ride is $8. Just make sure to bring a warm jacket, no matter the temperature on land. I went on one; didn't actually explore the city that I went to (...I just wanted to ride the ferry), and I saw two seals! (Or the same seal twice idk).

I personally don't like the aquarium in Seattle, but I may be biased because my local aquarium is really cool! And I feel like Seattle's isn't. |D

I like wandering Pike Street Market; the fruit places sell some really good muscat (?) grapes. (Tiny wine grapes? IDK if they're in season).

Seconding the EMP/Sci-Fi museum. They've added a fantasy section that was neat! And you can ride the monorail from westlake center to it, which is always fun IMO. |D

Personally, I found the Space Needle overrated unless you can spend some time at the restaurant, though the playground below it is really cool.
