Hmm, this one's a little tricky.

OOC is rather distracting, but if the story's well thought out and interesting, then I'm more willing to over look it.

Spelling/grammar errors and being boring, but IC sounds like putting pearls on a pig. It's still a pig, even though you tried to dress it up by making everyone IC. Then again everyone is IC, which is a good thing.

I'd probably have to go with OOC but well written as being the lesser of two evils.
