Sane Places to RP

Having encountered way too many people in RP who are creepy, abusive and stalkerish, do any of you have suggestions for places on DW that 1) are welcoming or at least lukewarm to OCs and 2) aren't brimming with soulbonders/multiples/other assorted wackos?

I've tried searching dwrp for OC-only games but had no luck. Once or twice I've been told they exist but no one was willing to cough up any info. As for panfan games that are lukewarm/semi-welcoming to OCs, maybe Hadriel?

I thought about trying IJ too but I've heard nothing but bad things about it (plus I'm not into urban fantasy.)
