I've tried searching dwrp for OC-only games but had no luck. Once or twice I've been told they exist but no one was willing to cough up any info. As for panfan games that are lukewarm/semi-welcoming to OCs, maybe Hadriel?

I thought about trying IJ too but I've heard nothing but bad things about it (plus I'm not into urban fantasy.)
