Well, it's not about W.

The Bushes are a political disaster (yes, arguably even Poppy) but actually nice people.

I'm guessing the Clintons crave approval, and respond to being treated politely with this sort of desperate desire to be frieennds. So the Bushes are pretty kind to the Clintons because that's how they are. The Clintons lap that up.

The problem is that Hillary, in her desire to be an elite WASP VIP, is cuddling up to powerful WASPs who are political disasters while continuing to be a political disaster herself. This image just shows how much Hillary ended up being part of the Reagan-Bush club, a club that a lot of Americans have good reason to hate.

They're hugging at the funeral of a former First Lady. There's no sign or implication of cronyism anywhere in this picture. It's a god damn funeral, not a press junket nor anything to imply a deeper relationship.

They all lived in the White House. That's a a bond of sorts.
