Oh yeah, the Earl is sure creepy! Although I did find him kind of funny in the anime when they showed him knitting. It was such a contradiction I just had to laugh. THANK GOD he is not real though.

15 - Me too! I was in high school when FF8 came out and thought Garden would be so much better - even the whole mercenary/killing thing ;)

33 - ERGO PROXY!!!!!111 You know, it wasn't my favorite series, and there are some effing strange episodes to come - but the opening song/credit sequence still gives me chills. 07. I sometimes feel the exact same way. I'd like to say that the negativity in fandom is the cause, but for me it really isn't. My pessimism is caused by what I see happening around me.

But what is a BNF in SPN fandom, anyway? There are so many well-known, prolific, talented AND friendly writers and artists in that fandom nowadays that it's nearly impossible to sit down and say "Okay,

that

person." It's such an extensive fandom. I've never really gotten a very strong elitist vibe there. In fact, the only people I would really think of in that way would be the self-appointed BNFs, and that's just kinda sad. But from the sound of your secret, maybe that's what you're going for anyway? I hope not.

26. Heh, don't worry... I'm doing exactly the same thing for my fav character (and no, I've not really considered serious cosplay before). At least it's finally got me exercising and eating correctly. It works to have a goal (and if that's a fandom goal... then go you! We're all geeks at heart.)
