(Anonymous) 2016-06-17 11:26 pm (UTC)(link)Also, not everything is paid product placement. I worked on a show several years back where our characters had iPhones, but Apple wasn't paying us to use them. It was just the prop department making the decision, and it's a popular, often-used device.
That said, I find the made-up brands to be pretty funny, and I like to look for them in various pieces of media. Heisler Beer... Lariat Car Rental...
