I wouldn't throw a tantrum, but I'd definitely point out that it was your bacon, and the reason why you bought your own bacon was because she was so upset when you thought her bacon was fair game. Then ask her how she wants to handle this... is there food that's communal property, and if so, how do you mark it so that people know it's up for grabs? Or is it a case where what's hers is hers and what's yours and yours, and no sharing?

Then let her know where you bought your bacon so she can replace it. Let her know this even if you know she knows where you bought it, and ask her to replace it within say, a week because you have a meal planned that involves bacon. Even if that's not true.
