I'm not even reading ASOIAF until ....whatever the next book is called comes out. I made that decision like five years ago and we're still no closer to it.

It will be interesting to see what you think of it. If you read the whole thing in one go, I wonder if book 6 will seem in anyway different.

I can't help but think that he'll be so influenced by the TV show that it will be virtually unrecognisable.
