I guess the question I have is why don't you know? Is there a chance that you actually DO know, but shrugging and going "I dunno" is your way of (again) downplaying the mistakes you're making and possibly also downplaying the aggravation and extra work you're creating for the people you work with?
All that aside, it can be highly frustrating to work with someone who keeps screwing up all the time and doesn't seem to care. I get that it stings to have your mistakes brought up, but the best way to avoid that is to focus on the tasks you're supposed to do and make sure they get done accurately, and in a timely manner.
