Castle: Kate/Lanie, it's a het-heavy fandom and the canon itself had the issue of telling me they were best friends rather than showing it most of the time, but I still ship the fuck out of them.

Marvel Comics: Shatterstar/Rictor, the X-Factor Investigations fandom is pretty tiny in general tbh so the fact that they have fanfic is awesome. Angel/Husk, lmao it felt like everyone but like 10 of us hated this ship, oh well I enjoyed it while it lasted.

Elementary: Sherlock/Marcus, again I think the fandom for this show is just really tiny in general, but there are some lovely gif-makers in it and there's at least a little fanfic.

Nu!Trek: Spock/Uhura, at least it seems pretty small to me but there is some fanfic and I follow a really nice tumblr that scrounges up anything for them, both together and separate.

I've probably got more but these are the ones that come to mind atm.

the only thing that bugged me about Angel/Husk was the age difference (that and I liked her with Jono just a smidge more) but if the love between them was there, who the hell am I to judge

(but since we did do the whole time travel thing, [thanks Hank!] I could see 60s era Angel with Husk if they're in the same age bracket now)

I totally dig age-gap ships but I also 100% get why they can put people off too, so I did understand people's misgivings towards the ship.

(That would be cooooool, but I sincerely doubt they'll ever give me that again, ah well I still have the comic with it in so I'm good, it happend once~).

(one can hope - I mean hell, I shipped Wanda/Warren at one point, which I have little hope of ever seeing again given the current state of things. It was in one of the X-Men First Class trades. Yours has a better chance of working than mine)

We've lost so much over the years... Honestly I'd love to have some one-shot comics where they do different couples and stories just for something different but they seem to have pulled away from that, which makes me sad. Some of those were fun.

There was a "What if..?" comic that had Jean getting paired off with Warren instead of Scott (which is my other rare Warren ship) [I want to say that was the "What if" Wedding Album for Jean and Scott]. That was a fun one shot which I'd love to see explored more [I'm for Jean/anyone that isn't Scott, heh. Except Mastermind - all aboard the nope train!]

And there was an awesome one-shot that had Magneto co-founding the X-Men (which had a Natasha/Colossus pairing referenced! A Rasputin/Romanov - Charles even lampshades it) - I'd love to have seen that one in more detail.

I am with you in shipping Jean/literally anyone else, I even used to like Jean/Scott but over the years I've fallen out of love with it, mostly due to how it gets written, ha. (I think anyone/Mastermind would be all aboard the nope!train tbh, unless you were after something royally fucked up tbf).

Oh that one sounds cool, I don't think I've seen it before but that would definitely be something I'd like to see fleshed out a bit more.

I love Sherlock/Marcus too! I love Marcus in general. I haven't poked around this fandom. Could you link some gifs and/or fic for them?

Oh my gosh, I've got you nonnie. I've not read any fanfic for them in a while but, they've gone up from 20 fics on Ao3 to 44 since the last time I checked! So I've got some reading to do myself.
