Unless the OP of this thread typed it wrong, it's 1,223,075 M/M to 605,171 F/M. So more than double. :)

At first glance, I thought it was just double as well - I find it harder to parse numbers when the commas aren't included.

Uh, that's still only 2.02x as many m/m fics as f/m fics, whereas exactly double would be 2.00x as many. Nobody calling it double is confused; you're just being way too pedantic about what constitutes "more than double."
