The writing is amazingly bad. And yeah, I'm very, very much in favour of more LGBT representation in Star Wars, but did one of the only two or so books that feature it have to be such a hilariously shity one?
(And I still think the non-binary character was a dumb gimmick for the sake of "Oh hey, it's totally trendy these days so I'll include it" instead of anything else.)
