I knew this one completely insufferable girl so I named a hooker in a hydra trash party fic after her. She will never know and it was entirely for my own private amusement, but she'd be so offended it gives me joy.

Similarly, I once wrote a fic about a really rude woman who screamed at me for not honoring a Barnes & Noble coupon at Borders leaving the store, falling into Middle-Earth, and getting killed and eaten by orcs.

I never posted it anywhere. But it made me giggle.

This is IMO the best nerdiest petty revenge I've heard of so far! A++++++++

Yep. I am a writer. Do not make me angry, or I will Tuckerize you and kill you messily in one of my stories. I'm doing something similar in one of my WIPs right now, though the guy I'm Tuckerizing isn't a hooker; he's a villain, and his death by *identifying spoiler goes here* is going to be super satisfying to write.

Fortunately, his name is so generic I can use it without actually identifying him, though locals will know exactly who I'm talking about and why.

Similarly, in the sixth grade, I had a science teacher I didn't care for. I made her in The Sims & then set her character on fire. It was cathartic.

On an unrelated note, she ended up leaving the school right before the second semester, and her replacement was much better.

I live with my sisters and when they're being ridiculous I eat their food.

Define "ridiculous". I honestly think one of the most ridiculous things a roommate can do is be a food thief.

When you're siblings it's different, I'd imagine.

Also idk but if OP is who I'm guessing they are, trust me--the ridiculousness is manifold.

eta: so as to sound less creepy, I should clarify that my fiancee lives w/ their ridiculous sisters and frequents fs so I'm not just being weird

Ridiculous like throwing huge fits over nothing, making people late and then acting like it was somebody else's fault, being racist/sexist and then getting offended when I call them out. Also I should specify that I'd never, like, eat an entire dish that somebody saved for themselves or steal all of a food item!! I just mean I'll take a spoonful of their ice cream or a handful of cereal.

Yikes, that sounds pretty obnoxious. I hope this is a temporary living situation?

It is, thank god--only living with them for money reasons, and I'll be able to move out (God willing) by the end of the year. And yes, I am!! (Will be moving out to be the lucky person moving IN with her!)

This seems petty, but this was legit the only reason somebody stopped stealing from people's lunches at one of the labs I worked in.

Some guy finally lost it and at a meeting was like "one day, I'm going to put (insert fatally toxic chemical we all had access to) in my lunch - you won't know what, or when; if nobody steals my shit, nothing will happen" and while it suuuuure got him a visit to HR, it also stopped the thief.

I mean these days I'd just set up a pen cam and then show the video to everyone at the office, but at the time I was grateful. Fuck food thieves in the eye, man.

I put passive aggressive signs on the door. I wasn't the only one. We had a chronic food theif at my old job. We are all hungry below minimum wage ppl. Don't take our shitty meals!

Looked up and handed out a teacher phone number so he could be prank called. In my defense he was an asshole.

beautiful, practical, doesn't actually hurt anyone. 10/10
