I guess carrying my weight well/dressing well for a fat girl. Like, I know I present well, but I still wish I was average-sized.

I think "You look good [in spite of thing]" is always a back-handed compliment, even if it's not intended that way. There's no reason people can't just say "You look good today!" and leave qualifiers like age or weight out of it.

Yeah, it can be back-handed. Though I've had some (what sounded like) genuine compliments on how I've dressed, but that often still escalated to "where do you find clothes" etc.
