23 - HELL YES! This game doesn't get enough love! PW gets too much love, in my opinion. PW is good, but it's not as fantastic and awesome as everyone makes it out to be. I get bored in PW really quickly. TC keeps me on my toes -- not just DS, but the Wii games as well!

37. I don't think it's particularly fair to hate Rossiu. Most of the characters were just doing the best they could with that they had.

He tried fucking hard. Sure, in the end it made him an asshole who all but committed mass murder and screwed over his friend, but he truly believed it was the right thing that he was doing. If Simon HAD failed, then he would have been the one to save the human race ~~for a few seconds until the Anti-Spirals destroyed the ark, at least~~.

At least he didn't create sentient organisms and then throw them off a cliff because they used that sentience to ask questions about their enviroment like a certain other TTGL character who believed that HE was doing the right thing.

YES. Thank you. I like Inoue, I'd hit that like a truck full of buses filled with molten lead. But she's got absolutely no backbone at all. I got my hopes up when she smacked the Ulquorria, but since then she's gone back to "I am a weak, overly meek little girl who needs mario to save her again." You'd think finding out you have the power to fucking rewrite history would give you a bit of fortitude, no?

11. Rockin' Heaven 7. LMAO. Seriously, the first arc in Bleach was the best one. I miss the "coolness" of the beginning. I would trade the whole SS and Mexico bullshit for an semi-episodic series like this in a heartbeat. Even it means to forsake my fave Bleach character, Hanatarou.

44. I understand the feeling. In some series, I don't feel like I need to slash them (yes, a slash fan can go through a series without slashing anyone). But I was surprised you listed SZS since it has Fujiyoshi in it (and I ship Jun x Nozomu like whut, I'm so sorry...).

46. I know it's unrelated but people need to tell me what in the fuck to make those brushes with the outline. Slowpoke, I know. I know. Also, related, I know the feeling. I like to get popular through my drawing but once in a while, I worry people would get disappointed of how I'm really like. Don't worry too much about it. Let your work do the talking and open doors.

HxH DID had a English fanbase, let me tell you why most of it disappeared:

1) It's older. It's a fact, the older the title, the smaller the base. Useless it's really fucking popular (Bleach, Naruto), which are the exceptions. Hitman Reborn is a relatively new series compared to HxH that JUST got popular in SOME places this PAST YEAR. Hell, HxH was more popular than Reborn to be honest when it was an active fandom. You just hopped on the bandwagon late.
2) Togashi putting it in constant hiatus. Fuck, it had been OVER A YEAR since a chapter came out at one point. This also put the anime in limbo. Of course, most of the fans would've moved on at that point. Oooh, god, I'm not even touch the drastic drop of art quality.

Seriously, man. What is with people having to bash Reborn to pimp their series? Just because it's popular in LJ (and not really anywhere else in the English fandom)? It just make you a butthurt fan and Reborn's popularity has nothing to do with HxH's problems, it's not like people are bypassing HxH for Reborn. Popularity does not work that way.

55. This. I wish there were more dominant uke, submissive semes, and reversibles in general.

68. & 69. These are repeats.

It's a very different feeling for me though, as I haven't ever really felt this anti-slash about a series before. I've always been very accepting of the fact that certain people are attracted to certain types of characters and pairings, no matter if there seems to be nothing holding that pairing together. Also, as I mentioned, I'm a fan of some pretty baseless pairings (I ship Grimmer/Tenma from Monster. ಠдಠ) so to actually say "No, you just can't ship that! It makes no sense!"... it's quite an eye-opener for me.

I'd shake my finger at Harumi for slightly "putting fuel to the fire", but I'm a sucker for fujoshi characters, so I can't be mad at her because I loves her. D:

In all honesty, just from what I read about Carnivàle, it sounds like it would be an interesting yet (awesome) crossover.

Be prepared. This is not a show for slouchers. There's a lot of hourage there, and it's a real thinker. TOTALLY worth it, though. I'm so glad to see someone interested!! :D
If you can afford to buy them from best buy or whatever, they have them there, and that's nice because then you're supporting an obscure series that made like NO money. If not, dig around on Amazon. They only got through two seasons before it got cancelled. ;_; Sad fangirl.

Really sorry to have to give you this cop out answer, but it depends on who you ask and how you define "cliffhanger".

I guess I'll put it as "not so much a 'cliffhanger', per se, but more of 'you really want to see what happens next and now you don't get to'."

I don't think I have the constitution/abilities to effectively wite for Carnivale, though from what I hear, nothing I did could possibly be even close to the worst that's out there. I don't know. I'm terrified to even look up that fandom. o_o;

It's just such a complex show, and I've only seen it once through, that I don't think I could do it justice.

FMA on the other hand, I may try someday. Ya know, if I can get over my paralyzing fear of everyone thinking I suck. :P That's a canon I at least know like the back of my hand.

10. KAIBA/JOUNOUCHI SECRET FTW. Holy crap I agree COMPLETELY. ♥ Ever since I first got into Yuugiou many years ago (I've seriously no idea how long it's been. Maybe like six-seven years?) I have love love LOVED this pairing and I have always been deeply ashamed of it because it's so damn stupid and cliche. They're rivals, they dislike each other with all their hearts, they bicker like a married couple and they're just so... so damn FUNNY, I can't help but NOT love seeing them paired together. Nothing makes me happier but I've tried to ween myself off this pairing time and time again, telling myself that it's high-time I moved on to other things, which I have, but no matter what the amount of interest I have for this pairing at times, I can NEVER give it up for good.

tl;dr: I wish I knew how to quit you, puppyshipping. ಥ_ಥ

Also, I wish Yun still drew puppyshipping. She was so damn awesome. D:
