I absolutely agree. Leeron in a comedic sense and Rossiu's contribution to the plot were the reason for a good portion of the best entertainment. All the characters in general are pretty great, and there isn't one I can point out and say I don't like. But those two were just fabulous in their respective areas of appeal.

I seriously love FFVII original more than anything, but I cannot seem to stop playing devil's advocate for the compilation at every stupid opportunity because jesus christ there are so many people whining about it. Of course the original is better than Advent Children, it's a freaking 60 hour historically groundbreaking epic role playing game versus a 1.5 hour supplement to wrap up Cloud's story. It's something new. As long as your friends PLAYED the original game, is it really so wrong to want to expand on their characterizations that HAVEN'T been around for the last 11 years? and the ones who haven't played the OG.... have no right to be watching AC in the first place. >:( Make them play it!

Ug, I appreciate old school Final Fantasy as much as the next person, but FFVII was was a little overrated itself and really hard to get into. But I feel the pain here; it suck when whatever is 'prettier' gets more attention than the original.

61. This secret made me so damn sad. It's perfectly normal to feel that way and no, it doesn't make you an "attention whore." Maybe now that you've broken out of that mold, you'll be free to make an impact on the fandom in a different way.

I'd advise to not listen to the majority of what people on 4chan say, they mostly have no fucking clue what they're saying and are doing it for the lulz. Even though it's full of anons, the most asininely vocal of them are among the biggest 12-year-old boy attention whores I've ever seen. Whatever their opinion of female fans is, there's a good chance it's utter shit.

I don't know what your situation is, but maybe if you found more females in fandom, you might feel differently. I wish you luck.
