IA. He's far from a perfect showrunner, not every ep is memorable, but the same can be said for RTD. The same *was* said about him when he was leaving. I remember people complaining about hastily resolved arcs (like the Tinkerbell!Doctor) and weird throwaway eps like Love&Monsters. They both have their merits and their flaws, as will the new guy. I'm sure he'll be praised for the first season or two, but then people will probably be saying how much better Moffat was.
