Oh dear where do I start? I once got 3rd degree burns from making ramen, missing the bowl, and pouring ho water on my foot.

I scratched my face open with my own ring.

I once banged my head against the wall really hard during sex. Also managed to dislocate mt knee during sex. Come to think of it I had a lot of non-bdsm sex-related injuries.

I got a bad burn on my hand when I did something similar to you while making tea. Then I made it worse by covering it with a bandaid that turned out to not be quite big enough and tore off some of the new skin when I took it off.
