If you enjoy RPing with them still but just aren't finding the time to do it as much as you did before school/work, while I think you need to be honest with them, maybe set aside time once a week for a post?

(I don't know exactly how you RP, my friend and I used to lock LJ posts that only we could see.)

I know you're busy with 'adult' things, but it's also never good to give up all hobbies completely, you should always have something that you enjoy during down times and that allows you to unwind.

On the other hand, if RPing with this person is just adding to your stress, maybe this isn't the thing you want to keep.
