My mother's mac and cheese. So amazingly delicious. I still haven't figured out the trick for making it, but it is better than any other mac and cheese recipe I've ever had.

Also my mother's chicken noodle soup. Lentil soup. Potato soup.

Chicken.

Those super unhealthy ramen noodles that come in a bag with a packet of salty seasoning. They're just so good.

Fruit, sushi, beautifully made fresh bread/biscuits, artisan cheeses, wine, nuts, and interesting/intricate salads (especially if they incorporate any or all of the above).

Like... a goat cheese, blackberry, baby greens, and candied walnut salad with honey orange champagne dressing and fresh bread on the side...

Oh man, that sounds like a delicious salad. I'm definitely going to make that soon.

My mom's homemade soup. She does it the old fashioned way, making broth from bones and veg, over several days' time, then cooks it up with delicious meats and vegetables. Everybody in our family loves my mom's soup!

Mashed potatoes and gravy. Mmmmm...

puppy chow

I've gotten all my friends hooked on puppy chow. especially now that i've found peanuts-only peanut butter, it's even better.

Curry. Any kind - Japanese, Thai, Indian, you name it, if it's curry, I love it.

Sushi. No matter what kind. Kappa maki, homemade veg sushi, dragon roll, unagi, salmon, Philadelphia roll...any sushi will do.

Anything fom Leeann Chin's. There aren't any where I live, but I've been back in the Twin Cities for a week and I've eaten there 4 times. I had a summer job at one years ago and never tired of the fod then, either.

Pasta

Guess who has "carb dreams" when she tries to reduce them in her diet?

Depends on the week/month.

Right now, I'm all about tomato sauce

Tomato sauce on cabbage rolls, tomato sauce on spaghetti, brussel sprouts, chicken nuggets, spinach -- practically anything I can get my hands on.

I'm trying to figure out what I'm craving in the tomato sauce so I can find a more efficient way of getting it, but so far no luck.

SA Also Chevy's salsa, but there's one restaurant left in the whole state.
