Well, I'm not exactly a part of the fandom as such (I watch the series and love it and have drawn for it, but I'm not in any of the communities and don't really interact with other fans) even though I still consider myself a "fangirl", but I don't see anything wrong with liking the female characters more than the male ones. I mean, I don't personally like a lot of them (not because of their gender, even though the boobs of some of them disturb the fuck outta me) but...meh. Why would anyone kill you for something like that? Is the fandom really that small-minded?

Still, I don't see why people need to get their undies in such a bunch just because someone thinks of something non-canon as canon? It's just a ship, and whether it's canon or not doesn't really affect the series in any way. Srsly.

The only impression the large majority of fic I attempt to read usually leaves me with is along the lines "mediocre" or "unmemorable". And I'd really rather not repeat that over and over in reviews.

19. I will say that there is something disheartening about getting ten email alerts saying that my newest story has been added to someone's faves before I even get one actual comment on the story.
