I feel like this comes down to intent, and how much you trust your girlfriend? If you think her motive was to get inseminated against your will, then that may be what happened and you should talk about that (or address it in some way). If you trust her and don't have any reason to believe she'd do that, then probably she was just very caught up in the moment. Miscommunication can happen at these times and people can think not too clearly.

You have zero control over what someone decides to do beyond this point and may well end up a dad. Congrats. For the future, you may want to consider a vasectomy if you enjoy unprotected sex and don't enjoy paying child support. Also regular STD testing, which is the other thing condoms usually prevent.
