17. I'm a second alto who also feels comfortable singing in the tenor range, so I hear you! *has fun singing along to the male parts though, or singing the girl songs at a lower octave*

Yay for singing tenor! What I hate worst is when there are more second altos than tenors and the director won't let just one 2A switch over to beef up the sound.

*laughs* I remember that they had to, for this one massive joint performance between all the choirs in my school. *went to a large HS* It was in the second half of the year and over half of the Freshman tenors voices had changed so everyone else was overpowering then completly. That was fun, since the lead melody for the version of Joyful, Joyful We Adore Thee was the tenor line~
