Are you depressed or is this just a random line of thinking for you?

I mean I have suicidal ideation but it's linked to my depression and anxiety and how on most days I don't feel like I'll be able to survive much longer.

Depression and anxiety. And yeah, I have bouts of suicidal ideation and I've gone through my fair share of being actively suicidal, but that was years ago. These days it's more idle thoughts or random intrusive thoughts like above, so it always strikes me as odd. Like, I'm not actively thinking about suicide, it's honestly not even on my mental radar, but then thoughts like above just pop into my brain.

I don't think it's too much to worry about if you're coping otherwise. I think sometimes our brains just tend to go to random and dark places. People don't always talk about it though because it's well, dark.
