Re: How to exercise
(Anonymous) 2017-05-25 12:01 am (UTC)(link)Do a light jog every other day or so, maybe a mile at a slow pace (should only take you half an hour). A few stretches. Or a couple of miles cycling on the flat once or twice a week.
If it is just staying healthy then just something that gets you slightly out of breath and sweaty [insert sex joke here]. You don't need to do much, just get your heart rate up.
