My least favorite is people not respecting other people's stuff, and brushing it off when they damage something. Like, it's no big deal to THEM, so it should be no big deal to the owner of the stuff. People act like I'm being ridiculous and having a stick up my ass if I ask them to stop doing things that will end up breaking something, and they just laugh and act like it's nothing when they do break something.

If you don't give a fuck about your own stuff, see it as all disposable and are fine with buying new things regularly, fine. But have some respect in someone else's house/apartment!
