re:1. Not everyone who likes a movie decides to write fanfic of it... especially if the fandom is pretty much non-existent from the get go.

... Wait, since when was there classical fandom? D: I have been missing out! This must be rectified.

Anyway, seriously, I wouldn't worry overly much. There were a couple composers I wasn't entirely sure how to pronounce until I started college (because I was corrected, haha) and it wasn't a big deal. It's sort of a running joke in our department whether Purcell's pronounced PurCELL or PURcell. (It's actually the latter, but I like the way the former sounds more. We're pretty split on who says it which way.)

Don't be afraid to talk about it! : ) People are more understanding than you might think. (And besides, late composers would probably have more to complain about regarding popular music than incorrect pronunciation, haha. "Oh noes, this entire thing is made of perfect fifths! WRRYYYYYYY?")

114. I love the Wii as much as the next person... just because they're using new technology to get gamers up and moving doesn't make them sellouts.
