Janeway/Chakotay. I feel like just about the only person in the fandom who doesn't ship them. But I really, really don't.

Buffy/Xander. I'm glad they never went that way on the show. I ignore the comics. Validating his creepy, presumptuous crush would have pissed me off.

Did you ever watch Gravity Falls? If you didn't like Buffy/Xander, it would be very fun to see what you make of Dipper's futile crush on Wendy.

Is that anime? The only anime I've ever seen is Ruroin Kenshin way back when I was a kid.

I will have to look it up after my exam is done. Don't watch too many cartoons, but I'll usually give things a try.

I sort of agree about Voyager

But at the same time, Chakotay/Seven was terrible and I wouldn't have been thrilled with Janeway/Chakotay, but it would have been better than that.

This is very true. I would rather 7/Doctor be the pairing that destroyed that, though. Not much of a fan of Chakotay or of captain/crew member ships.

Really really agreed about Buffy/Xander. Especially after The Lie he told her in Becoming. Still think Joss should have let Xander come clean in rather than let it go untold.

I agree that he should have come clean, but his lie did come to light, though in a low key way -- when Anya went back to vengeance and they were having the argument about whether to kill her, Buffy brought up Angel and said, "Don't you remember what you told me about Angel? You said Willow said to kick his ass?" Willow said, "I never said that!" (and then the conversation went off in some other direction that I can't recall.)

Yeah, I really really wish they'd followed up on it. That episode would have been the perfect timing for everything to come out in the open.
