Inspired by #7. Any you'd like to see split up permanently?

Leonard and Penny kinda.

There isn't a single couple on that show that I like, tbh.

I did think they were cute at the start, but then they got really boring. I really liked Howard and Bernadette at the beginning too, but then they had a baby and it just went downhill from there. Sheldon and Amy are still kinda okay, but I feel like the show doesn't know what to do with Raj and turned him into a douche.

Back when Two and a Half Men was airing its last seasons, I was hoping Alan and Lindsey would break up and stay broken up. Their subplots just got more and more tedious and unfunny.

Alan/Lindsey were entertaining for maybe a few episodes. TBH I kinda wish there'd been more subplots dealing with whether or not Judith's baby was really Alan's than Alan/Lindsey.

Captain Swan.

Sakura and Sasuke. I was never even against the ship but the last episode of Boruto Sakura basically said, "Oh he's never here and he never even contacts me." I just felt really sad for her. It was depressing.

I'm also waiting for Jaime and Cersei's break, it's gonna happen but I don't know if they'll be so much broken up as much as they'll probably both die.

Sakura/Sasuke makes me sad. She really deserved better and, after watching Boruto, Sasuke still comes off as kind of a jerk and I really wish I knew why she wants to stay with him.

I'm optimistic. I'd like to think the breakup will happen without the need to kill off either one. (Though whether or not one of them dies after the breakup, I can't say. I'll cross my fingers and hope it isn't Jaime.)

I don't know to what extent their relationship is at "couple" status even though they're way obvious endgame, but...

Shinichi and Ran on Detective Conan. It's mostly because I have it up to HERE with the Designated Love Interest thing, but I also ship them both with other people.

SASUKE/SAKURA AND NARUTO/HINATA

Also, Chouji and the girl he hooked up with. I'm okish with SaiIno, but I always liked ChoIno.

I'm not really into SaiIno mainly because he never showed an interest in her and nothing I've seen in the series really makes me feel like they should have hooked up.

I've literally seen nothing of Chouji and the girl he hooked up with.

Naruto endgame ships were largely bad.

So many Naruto pairings make no damn sense. It's like Kishimoto just threw all the names in a hat and paired up whichever two he pulled at the same time.

I do like NaruHina though. I never thought it would happen, but I thought they were cute.

Does Trunks and Mai count?

Are you me, anon? I cannot stand either version. The future one is forced and unnecessary and give Mai and Trunks both brand new personalities. The present one is creepy as hell.

I count it. Child-turned Mai (basically, adult-brain-in-child-body) crushing over teen Trunks? ...Yeah. No. Their future counterparts are a clusterfuck of timeline variations manufactured to facilitate the present Mai/future Trunks blushu shit, maybe.

I hope Chakotay and Seven broke up.

Hook and Emma Swan should break up permanently. I was vaguely interested in the semi-reboot until I heard them specify in an interview that Hook couldn't possibly be paired with anyone else because "Emma is his soulmate." So she's gone, but Captain Swan is still going to be part of the show. Ugh.

LMAO What, I thought Hook specifically had another soul mate before Emma though.

OUAT is so stupid with it's "soul mate" shit.

OUaT has the dumbest internal logic of any show I've ever watched.

The one thing I always liked about it was that it seemed like One True Love was portrayed as something that was never just "One" only and forever and you could love multiple people or find love again with someone new after having lost it. But it sounds like they've thrown even the one thing they had going for them out the window. (Also I liked that in some cases it wasn't romantic love.)

But then again this is the show that's constantly trying to redeem Regina while still keeping her bitchy enough to be IC and #relatable but God forbid Snow White slap Geppetto in the face for being the reason her daughter grew up alone in another dimension. She had to apologize for that because obviously valid emotional responses are bad.

Question - as someone gave up on OuaT halfway through the second season, does it ever tie in to Pirates of the Caribbean? It only just occurred to me that Emma and Elizabeth have very similar names.
