I'm just concerned about how that green dress is staying up. Is it tape? It's gotta be tape, right...?

I think the top half is mesh? Unless she has the world's most bizarre tanline.

Nah. It's actually got a higher neckline, but it's nude material so it's not obvious.

The "open" part and the top up to the neck are mesh the color of her skin. The overall effect us very weird and makes her look like a manequin.

It's called "illusion netting." It's the same stuff they use on figure skater's costumes. If it's done right, like it is on Taylor Swift's dress here, it's an exact match to the wearer's skintone, so it looks invisible
