On one hand, I don't think you're uptight and a prude if the thought of incest grosses you out. Lots of various sex activities gross people out.

On the other hand, if you're going "it's absolutely morally wrong for two consenting adults, whose circumstances I know nothing about, to have sex with each other because I say so," yeah, we disagree on principle.
