It's another case of fandom pushing the hot ship of the day over EVERY PIECE OF MEDIA EVER THAT GETS POPULAR.

If you don't like that, get out of fandom. Because fandom will cross over forever and ever, regardless of how untouchable you think your fandom is.

You do know that no one is serious? No one calling their lawyers over this. Fandom is jokingly comparing the two based on generalizations.

Also, Blizzard would probably enjoy the joke. The OW team is pretty open with discussing Overwatch ships and jokes with fandom. And Game Grumps would also think it was pretty funny.

I mean, no one is launching a legal action about it, but people seem to be pretty serious in saying that the characters in Dream Daddy are based off fanfiction
