CPR -- the person doesn't generally regain consciousness, for starters.

Also, getting shot with a blank fucking hurts.

Medical stuff in general. I was probably one of the few who saw Twilight (cajoled into taking a family member to it) and wanting to yell "That's not how you put a nasal canula on somebody!" when Bella was lying in that hospital bed.
