113. No fandom has ever managed to convince me that it's kind of dumb fashion choice. I mean, gloves are for covering skin. It is what they are there for. What advantages does leaving the fingers off really have?
123. Is that... Neopets? Or what is it? The style looks really familiar, somehow.
124. I wouldn't go so far as to say it is a fetish, but I am definitely drawn to a story that has transformation that is physical, slightly terrifying and gross. I just think it's cool, and KT is GOOD to me in that regard. I kinda hope Kubo shows us all the Arrancars Hollow-forms SOMEHOW, if not in canon then in extra materials, perhaps?

Also I agree about Yae. She be way to cool to end up with any of the wackos in that game... with perhaps the exception of Sasuke, but he's, you know, made of wood. So I don't think he cares much.
157. Zaraki Kenpachi is one heck of an awesome character, and I do not fault you one bit for liking him.
158. Buuut then she'd be showing boob which I doubt the show was willing to do, and considering she didn't really have milk to give I don't think they could have pulled it off anyway.

(Anonymous) 2008-06-25 10:59 pm (UTC)(link)Even though it has no bearing on the actual game canon, the manga has really painted the Japanese fandom's perception of the characters after having run for almost 20 years. Poor Omitsu just can't win.
(Oh, and Sasuke's actually a robot.)

Aaah, was he now? I mostly know them from the Nintendo 64 games, and it has been a while. Yet my point still stands: that man is the sanest man in that whole damn series, and it's probably because he is a machine.
