Competent people being stupid for plot reasons that, apparently, the writers were too stupid or lazy to try working out.

People making incredibly dumb choices, like noooooooo, don't call the police to tell them you found a person dead! we could be in trouble!!! Again, for plot reasons that could have still happened had the people made smart/realistic choices.

When only women in a show are sexy/in sexy clothes/doing sexy things/half naked/always the sex workers. Even in the new Blade Runner, like 200 or whatever years in the future. Sci-fi brothel? ALL THE HOOKERS ARE WOMEN. My gods, i hate it.

No bi people ever. No gay sex that's not for 'shock' value or really stupid or exploitative or gross.

well, the original Blade Runner was pretty damn sexist so I'm none too surprised.

Someone suggested it above but have you seen Crazy Ex-Girlfriend? One of the main characters is openly bi and it is just accepted as a given fact. No playing it for laughs, no other characters questioning him, and his relationship with another male character is welcomed by all.

And because the show is part musical when the bi character realised there was a name for the way he felt he just had to tell the world about it through song.

Well, that's just cool.
But *wow* is that show weird. :)
