Got the flu, so spent the day in bed sleeping. But my kitty spent most of the day on my bed with me, so its all good.

I had the day off, so I planted flowers and some grape vines and poked around the garden. Now I have to convince myself to go get groceries and go for a walk instead of growing a taproot out of my ass on the couch.

I had to take my dad to the airport today. He puttered around all day finishing packing (or procrastinating on packing) so I feel like my day just started now.

Not bad. Went to Target. They're remodeling and it's fucky but I found most of what I wanted. I have to work an 8-hour day tomorrow and Thursday, but I'm off Friday.

Fairly good. Even cooked dinner tonight.

I made brownies for work but I think they are wrong. D: Hopefully they are better looking when they cool down.

How are the brownies wrong? How can NBA players even be wrong

I ended up spending too much of work writing stupid soulmark fic. I think it’s gonna top out at 6k.

...I was supposed to be getting stuff together for the tax auditors. Looks like I’m putting in overtime tomorrow!

shit. I can't do anything. Did my actual work by taking ibuprofen beforehand, but there's a limit on how much you can take. I need to save it for when I need it. Now I'm miserable and full of pain.

My wife came home from the mental hospital today!!!! We have a lot of work to do but we're going to get there and she's doing so much better and I'm just so excited!!!!

It was going well until this evening. And then I read upsetting allegations against my (now former) favourite band who I have tickets to see next month and want to puke. And then, later on, got rejected for being bisexual instead of lesbian.

Totally unrealistic expectations here: I just discovered that my TV crush has a girlfriend (I think he's been hiding her for a while) and now I'm angry and unfollowed him on Twitter. Eff that! He's not getting my money anymore.
